We do NOT offer refunds, but we can always reschedule your Picnix experience if you give us a 72 hour notice.
All equipment used in set up for your picnics are extremely delicate and should only be assembled and disassembled by the Picnix staff. If you want your setup moved, please notify one of our staff members during set up. Moving our furniture without permission will result in a $100 fee. Candles are for decoration and should not be lit, if your setup includes lit candles LED lights will be provided with that setup. Lighting and damaging any property of Picnix will result in a $100 fee. Chargers plates and cutlery are for decoration use only and should not be eaten on. Disposable plates, cups and cutlery will be provided. Any damage done to any of the chargers can result in $ 25 dollars per charger.
If there is bad weather on the forecast we will contact you on the night before your event and offer you a reschedule to your discretion or we can do a residence inside set up. Delivery fees may apply depending on location of thus residence from initial setup location.
Day of cancellation are not allowed, we will NOT issue a refund. We can reschedule your picnic for an additional 50% of initial total amount. You will have up to one month to reschedule your event if it is cancelled due to weather or other conditions (case by case basis).
Privacy & Safety
Your privacy is important to us. It is Picnix's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website and other sites we own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we are collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information as long as its necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying or use or modification.
We do not share any personally identifiable information publicly or with third parties except when required by law.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may not be able to provide you with some of your desired services.
